Take Interstate 93 South; remain straight after the Hooksett tollbooth to remain on Interstate 293 South/Everett Turnpike towards Manchester. Take Exit 4 Queen City Ave. Turn slightly right onto Second Street/US-3. Turn slightly right onto Queen City Ave. Go over bridge to first traffic light. Be in left turn lane, turn left to enter The Elliot at River's Edge. Entrance is across from Hesser College. Follow road and turn left to main entrance for valet parking or parking garage.

From The South (Derry/Salem/Londonderry area)

Take Interstate 93 North, South of Manchester, the highway divides (93 & 293). Merge to the left onto I-293/NH 101 toward Manchester Airport/Bedford/Manchester. Stay to the right to stay on 293N. Take 293N to Exit 4, Queen City Ave. Turn right onto Second Street/US-3. Stay in the right lane and turn right at the next light (Queen City Ave.) Go over bridge to first traffic light. Be in left turn lane, turn left to enter the Elliot at River's Edge. Entrance is across from Hesser College. Follow road and turn left to main entrance for valet parking or parking garage.

From Massachusetts and Southern NH

In Massachusetts, take Route 3 North. Route 3 becomes the Everett Turnpike at the NH state line. Continue on Everett Turnpike North to Exit 4, Queen City Ave. Turn slightly right onto Second Street/US-3. Turn slightly right onto Queen City Ave. Go over bridge to first traffic light. Be in left turn lane, turn left to enter The Elliot at River's Edge. Entrance is across from Hesser College. Follow road and turn left to main entrance for valet parking or parking garage.

From the East

Take 101 West that merges onto I-293 via Exit 7 toward Manchester Airport/Manchester/Bedford. Turn slightly right on I-293 following the Airport signs. Merge onto I-293 toward Manchester Airport/Bedford/Manchester, take US-3 North passing Macy's on left to Exit 4, Queen City Ave. Turn slightly right onto Second Street/US-3. Turn slightly right onto Queen City Ave. Go over bridge to first traffic light. Be in left turn lane, turn left to enter The Elliot at River's Edge. Entrance is across from Hesser College. Follow road and turn left to main entrance for valet parking or parking garage.

From the West

Take 101 East; turn right to take the Everett Turnpike North ramp toward Manchester/Concord. Continue on Everett Turnpike North to Exit 4, Queen City Ave. Turn slightly right onto Second Street/US-3. Turn slightly right onto Queen City Ave. Go over bridge to first traffic light. Be in left turn lane, turn left to enter The Elliot at River's Edge. Entrance is across from Hesser College. Follow road and turn left to main entrance for valet parking or parking garage.

From Elliot Hospital

Start East on Elliot Way toward Tarrytown Road. Take the 1st right onto Tarrytown Road. Turn sharp right onto Massabesic Street. Turn slight left onto Valley Street. Follow Valley Street to end and be in the left turning lane. Turn left onto Elm Street. Be in right turn lane at second traffic light at Elm Street and Queen City Ave. Turn on to Queen City Ave. Turn on to Queen City Ave. Next traffic light get in to the right turn lane. Turn right to enter The Elliot at River's Edge. Follow road and turn left to main entrance for valet parking or parking garage.
