PET Study After 1 Year

Patient History: a 59-year-old female with a history of colon cancer. Restaging. Comparisons are made with a previous PET study.

PET Findings: 1) Stable hepatic lesion as seen in previous study. 2) Focus of FDG hypermetabolism in the right adrenal gland, which has increased in intensity compared with the previous study. 3) Increased intensity and extent of pelvis mass consistent with tumor progression.
