Patient History: a 43-year-old woman with a history of carcinoma of the left breast.

PET Findings: the examination shows increased uptake involving the posterior element of C7, the upper sternum, the lower spine, and the anerolateral aspect of the upper left hemithorax compatible with metastatic disease.
