Case Study:
Adenocarcinoma of the Lower Esophagus

Patient History: 58-year-old male with a history of adenocarcinoma of the lower esophagus for which he wunderwent a resection and subsequently received chemotherapy and radiation therapy. CT describes upper lung nodules on both sides as well as a left adrenal nodule.
PET Findings: Metastatic disease involving both upper lung fields as well as a lower right hemithorax and left adrenal gland appears to be present.
